Barco has revamped its service program for its Australia and New Zealand partners and customers, supporting the major expansion of its business to support hardware, software, services, and experiences.
The company, which traditionally focused on hardware, pivoted last year with the aim of boosting its offerings and its presence on the global and local stage. The company offers a range of solutions including video walls, collaboration hardware, medical platforms, and many other products and solutions.
Barco’s Australia and New Zealand managing director Claudio Cardile says customer needs are a core focus in everything the company does.
“First, we start by building high-quality, reliable hardware and innovative software solutions. We will now take this a step further with a revised strategic service framework, which we call Enable – Protect – Optimise.”
This framework will direct Barco’s long term strategic objectives, which include boosting more recurring revenues and more investment in innovation.
Cardile says that service is a critical part of the company’s long term strategic objective.
