Bluescape, the DOD-vetted secure online whiteboard, announced at AWS Summit in D.C. that its enterprise software offering is fully supported on AWS GovCloud and immediately available for licensing by public sector agencies, state and local governments, and all ecosystem partners.
Bluescape on AWS GovCloud makes it possible to deploy secure cloud workspaces on-premise or in an AWS GovCloud environment. Achieving this technical milestone reinforces Bluescape’s security-first posture and builds upon its earlier announcement in May 2021, when Bluescape received its first Authority to Operate (ATO) within the Department of Defense.
“End users throughout the public sector have been clamoring loudly for an easy-to-use online whiteboard solution to help with day-to-day tasks from brainstorming and ideation through operational planning and execution: tasks that are hard to do in a hybrid setting,” says John Greenstein, VP of Public Sector at Bluescape. “But IT partners know cybersecurity – and ensuring the integrity of the cyber supply chain – cannot be compromised by endorsing commercial solutions. So, until now, the need for better collaboration software could not be fulfilled. Now that Bluescape fully supports on-premise and air-gapped AWS GovCloud deployments, everyone wins.”
