Users of any unified communications system need to be able to monitor their network to maximize the potential efficiency and ROI. The simplest way to achieve this goal is with CallTower’s CT Cloud Analyze hardware: a remote sensor placed in a customer’s network.
While other monitoring devices only test the router or internet connection, CT Cloud Analyze sits where a phone or Softphone enabled computer would sit. Through a WIFI or direct connection, simulated voice traffic is sent every 30-seconds and mirrored to CallTower – providing real-time and historical QOS data. This data is available through a dashboard and alerts can be configured for any detected problem.
