Exertis Almo Collaborates with MicroTouch To Bring Integrators Newest Interactive Touch Displays

Exertis Almo, the largest and most specialized value-added North American AV distributor, has entered a distribution agreement with MicroTouch, the global leader in capacitive touch solutions, due to the growing need for interactive touch displays. As part of the agreement, Exertis Almo now provides MicroTouch’s full range of products, including its brand new 27-inch open frame touch monitors for retail and hospitality use, and new Mach series desktop and digital signage interactive touch displays.

Additionally, MicroTouch has joined the Exertis Almo E4 Experience and will exhibit at E4 Santa Clara on April 25. Billed as the most recognized and valuable one-day education/training and product showcase, the E4 Experience features a “crown jewel” showroom packed with the newest AV gear in use — making it a perfect place for integrators to bring their end users — along with a stacked lineup of enriching AVIXA CTS-certified business, technical and trend sessions.

According to Exertis Almo’s Director of Business Development Brian Rhatigan, “We’ve seen significant growth in the interactive touch display market, especially post-Covid. Companies are recognizing the value of these displays to automate, entertain, educate and immerse customers, whether it’s for retail, hospitality, gaming, healthcare, fitness and more. With more than 50 million touchscreen installations and more than 100 patents, MicroTouch offers interactive touch solutions to meet these vertical market needs. Exertis Almo integrators can be confident when recommending MicroTouch for an AV install.” Rhatigan added, “We are looking forward to having MicroTouch showcase its brand new products in the E4 Experience Santa Clara showroom, which is also the perfect venue to launch our new distribution partnership.”
