Kinly team scales new heights to raise cash for veterans’ charity

Kinly employees scaled the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in 26.5 hours in a bid to raise £30,000 (€35,000) for a UK armed forces and veterans’ charity.

Thirty-eight Kinly employees completed the National Three Peaks Challenge in July in support of charity Help for Heroes, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon; a total ascent of 3,064 metres.

As of August 12, the team had raised more than £28,000, with just under £2,000 to go to reach their target.

Ed Foxwell, operations director, Kinly UK, added: “It’s been a phenomenal experience for everyone who took place and I couldn’t be prouder that, together as a team, we’ve raised over £28k. We are extremely grateful that so many people have supported us, but would like to extend a special thank you to our sponsors Crestron, Logitech, Midwich, Pexip and Tech Data.”
