NEC Corporation (NEC), a leading provider and integrator of advanced IT, communications, networking and biometric solutions, is announcing the general availability of NEC UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT, a fully integrated and born-in-the-cloud unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution, and NEC UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE, a contact center as a service (CCaaS) solution for businesses of all sizes, in Canada.
The general availability of the all new UNIVERGE BLUE in Canada represents a significant step in NEC’s rapid global expansion of its cloud-based communication and collaboration services. In less than eight weeks since announcing a global strategic partnership with leading cloud communications provider Intermedia, NEC has successfully launched UNIVERGE BLUE in both Canada and the U.S., and is continuing its plans to roll out globally.
