Cisco Room Bar is a compact video collaboration device that provides multi-platform video conferencing, flexibility, and inclusive meeting experience for focus rooms, huddle spaces, and small meeting rooms.

Available in First Light and Carbon Black, Room Bar is an integrated appliance with a 12MP camera, noise cancelling microphone array, stereo loudspeakers for spatial audio, an integrated compute for advanced processing, and flexible connectivity options. It can connect with up to two displays, supports USB passthrough for single-cable BYOD conferencing, external microphone connectivity, and provides a variety of content sharing options via cable (HDMI and via USB-C) and wirelessly.

Room Bar supports the native Cisco Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms experiences, and also interoperability with Zoom and Google.

Running on the Cisco RoomOS operating system, the video bar supports a range of camera and audio intelligence features, including people framing, speaker tracking, and virtual meeting zone. Room Bar comes with an intuitive touch controller and can be remotely managed, accessed, and monitored in the cloud with the Webex Control Hub admin portal.

Cisco Room bar is available starting at $1,999 for Webex subscribers.

Ultrasound technology automatically activates the system when a person walks into the room and then recognizes them through their mobile device.

Additional Information

Cisco Room Bar can be configured as a native Cisco Rooms device or a native Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) device.

While in Cisco Rooms mode, the system supports the native Webex Meetings experience, can join Microsoft Teams meetings (using Cisco’s CVI service or WebRTC), Google Meet meetings (using WebRTC), and Zoom meetings (using Zoom CRC). While in this mode, the system can be managed by Webex Control Hub.

While in Microsoft Teams Rooms mode, the system supports native MTR meetings, can join Webex meetings natively (if registered to Webex Control Hub) or using WebRTC, can join Zoom meetings using Zoom CRC, and can register to and be managed by both Webex Control Hub and the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal.
