Video AI Features
Logitech MeetUp is an all-in-one USB video bar designed for small conference rooms and huddle rooms.
MeetUp includes a 4K camera with a 120 degree field of view, motorized pan/tilt that widens the field of view to 170 degrees, and three presets. With RightSight computer vision, MeetUp automatically adjusts camera position and zoom to find and frame everyone in the room.
MeetUp’s onboard audio system includes three horizontally-aimed beamforming mics, a custom-tuned speaker, and Logitech RightSound technologies that use AI speech detection to reduce unwanted noises (like fans and keyboard clicks) and auto-boost the volume of quiet talkers so every voice is heard.
Finally, customers can monitor and manage their meeting room devices, including MeetUp, using Logitech Sync device and space management software.
Recon Research Comments
Released in June 2017, Logitech MeetUp is the OG of meeting room video bars.
While true that MeetUp lacks some of the bells and whistles found on newly released devices, MeetUp offers a solid video and audio experience, including a motorized pan/tilt lens and optional external mic pod, at an extremely attractive sub-$500 street price on Amazon.
