Mitel offers a broad range of customer premises (CPE / on-site) unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) solutions.  For the most part, these offerings are centered around voice platforms / PBXs and associated services.  Revenues from these areas are reported as Mitel’s Enterprise segment.  This portfolio also includes virtualized, cloud-enabled and software-based capabilities and desktop and mobile applications.

The Cloud segment offers businesses of all sizes a full range of private, public, hybrid and mobile Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.  The company’s cloud portfolio includes contact center and UCaaS solutions that enable businesses to pay for their communications services on a monthly subscription basis.
