Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Mountain View, California, BlueJeans is a privately-held company that provides an interoperable cloud-based video conferencing / collaboration service that connects participants across a range of devices and platforms.
In March 2019, BlueJeans and Dolby announced the “BlueJeans Rooms-as-a-Service featuring Dolby Voice Room” offering – an all-inclusive subscription service including a Dolby Voice Room bundled with a BlueJeans Rooms license, software and hardware maintenance, and support. In June 2019, Dolby and BlueJeans commissioned the Recon Research (RR) team to perform a third-party assessment of this new service.
