The highlights for FY2019-Q4 (CY2019-Q1) are as follows:
- Total revenues for the fiscal year increased 19% over the previous fiscal year.
- 8×8 continues to move into the larger customer space with over 400 customers generating an annual recurring revenue stream greater than $100K
- Five of the top ten deals in FYQ4 included both UC and CC services, while 40% of bookings came from contact center sales
- GAAP net loss was $28.1 million
- Channel bookings grew 91% year-over-year
