INTRODUCTION
During June and July 2020, Recon Research (RR) conducted an online survey of information workers who 1) typically work in their company’s office but are currently working from home, and 2) participate in several meetings each week.
In total, we received more than 1,300 qualified and vetted responses across multiple industries, job roles, and company sizes.
This note focuses on the devices and equipment that the respondents use while working from home, with additional coverage of the respondents’ usage of and satisfaction with their headsets.
