Cisco Webex Calling – New Phone Activation in 10 Minutes!

Believe it or not, many people still use desk phones.  In fact, Cisco shipped more than 1 Million IP phones just last quarter.  Imagine that!

Recently, we attended an analyst event at Cisco’s headquarters in San Jose, California.  During this onsite, Cisco briefed us on a pile of recent innovations on Cisco’s cloud PBX and VoIP phone system, Webex Calling.

As naturally curious engineers, we took it upon ourselves to see just how quick and easy it would be for mere mortals (not PBX gurus with decades of enterprise telephony experience) to set up a new phone on Webex Calling.
